What a joke.. I messaged Avon to say that I believe they put the wrong product in this jar, have used this product and range for years. I have used Anew Platinum Day Cream for over 35 years. Occasionally I have tried other brands but always gone back to Anew. I do not use the night cream as I find the day cream has kept my skin supple and wrinkle free. At 76 years of age I will not be changing as everyone says my skin looks 20 years younger!
I bought it cause couldn’t find the anew day cream spf20. The cream is making my skin dark and having random pimples, it’s not for me. And it seems it’s only this spf30 available

I have used this face cream for many years, but have found the most recent jar seems to be a lot runnier than my previous cream. Has the formula been changed?
Not greasy like some day creams and you can apply make up ontop no problem

I’ve been using this day cream for many years, but the last two jars have been thinner than normal,
I have used Platinum lift for a few years. I thought I would try something new. It was a disaster. So I went back to my favourite Avon face cream. I Ordered both the Day and Night Platinum Lift and Tighten Cream and very happy to report that I have a much improved skin texture again.
I ve used Anew since it first came out and loved it but I don’t like this new formula, it s too runny and doesn’t feel nice on my skin, please go back to the old one or I m afraid I will try something different and I ve used Avon for fifty years!
No improvement in over a month
What's happened to this product. I've been using this for years and has now changed. It was a nice full bodied cream but now has a thinner consistency and smells perfumed
Unfortunately the new formula is not for me. I’ve used Anew from day one and I now find the cream more like a lotion that doesn’t easily rub in and leaves my skin feeling very dry and tight instead of moisturised and leaves no radiant glow at all. So disappointed.
I was very disappointed by my last jar of day cream,there has definitely been a change on how it’s made,it was very thin consistency not at all like it has been in all the years I’ve used it.Why change it?

I've been using the platinum moisturising range for about 20 years and they are brilliant.
I ordered 6 as they were buy one get one free (great offer) anyway when i received it i was surprised the formula/consistency had changed! The cream was very thin (like night cream) and certainly did not feel nice on the skin. Avon confirmed it had been changed so i sent them all back! Why change it??
