I buy this pillow mist on repeat. I use it when I make the bed and again on the pillow just before I settle down to sleep. It is not overpowering and gives a very gentle calming scent . It’s very peaceful to drift off to sleep with the subtle lavender scent .

Use this regularly, fairly long lasting.

I’ve been using this for a while and just love the fragrance, it just makes me snuggle down in bed to sleep. Through recommendations my son in-law and one of my best friends regularly use it too now.

Fragrance is unpleasant and hence I did not find it relaxing to aid sleep. Very disappointing.
