Delivery methods

Delivery Update

Deliveries are taking a little longer than usual right now. We're working hard to make sure that you get your deliveries as quickly as possible, but it's likely that you may have to wait for up to 7 days to receive your order.

We're so sorry for any inconvenience and can't thank you enough for your patience.

Our main priority is to keep you happy and healthy, and that's why Hermes are now operating 100% contact-free deliveries to keep you, your family and their staff safe.

In the meantime, stay healthy and keep washing your hands.

Direct Courier Delivery

You can now shop through your local Rep, or directly with Avon, and enjoy FREE Direct Courier Delivery on orders over £20.

Here are your two options for direct delivery:

Standard delivery (£3)

£3 - receive your order within 7 working days.

Express delivery (£4.50)

£4.50 - order before 1pm to enjoy next day delivery (Monday – Friday, excluding bank and public holidays). If you miss the 1pm deadline, don’t worry. We’ll be sure to dispatch your order within 2 working days.

Here’s everything you need to know about direct delivery:

  • Your order will be delivered through Hermes.
  • If you’re not in, Hermes will leave a card telling you how you can collect your order.
  • We'll also email to let you know how you can track the progress of your order.
Remote Locations

We’re always trying to expand our direct courier delivery areas, but they currently don’t deliver to the following.

  • Northern Ireland
  • Scilly Isles
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • Highland & Islands

BFPO and International Delivery

If you do live further afield, then you can choose to have your products sent via international delivery. With International Delivery, we’re able to deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands).

For just £5.50, we also offer a standard delivery service to BFPO addresses. Your order will be delivered to BFPO London within 7 working days of being dispatched. The onward delivery is then handled via the Military Sort centre. Due to restrictions transporting hazardous materials, aerosols will be removed from BFPO orders.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver outside of the UK (apart from BFPO). To purchase Avon products outside the UK, simply check out our Global Directory. To find your local website, simply select your region followed by your country.


Not going to be in? Choose to pick up your parcel from your local shop via Hermes’ ParcelShop.

With ParcelShop you can choose between either Standard Delivery (£3.50) or Express delivery (£5.50).

ParcelShop orders are delivered within 3-7 working days.
