Terms & Conditions

1. This incentive is open to all independent Avon Representatives ("Representatives") of Avon Cosmetics Limited ("Avon") appointed or reinstated during campaign 14-16 for national, and campaign 16-18 for trendsetters (the "Incentive Period").

2. If eligible Representatives fulfil the incentive requirements they will receive the rewards as follows:

o Place each first and second consecutive campaign orders on time, on-line and above the current higher order value (HOV) of £148 and receive the reward of a bonus product pack worth £100 (based on normal brochure prices. Products in bonus packs vary);

o Place the third consecutive campaign order on time, on-line over HOV and achieve Award Sales of over £500+ across the first three consecutive campaigns and place an order over minimum order value (MOV) of £78 in the fourth consecutive campaign to receive a credit of £50 on your Avon account (credit will be available against your Avon account prior to payment due date for fourth campaign invoice).

Minimum Order Value / Higher Order Value (MOV/HOV) - Total value of your regular order, minus any returns credited in that campaign.

3. Award Sales means the total value of your campaign order, including brochures and demonstration products minus the value of any products returned. Products returned will be credited against the last order placed irrespective of the campaign in which they were ordered and this may impact qualification for incentives. Only the regular on time, on-line order in each campaign will count towards Award Sales, any additional or adjustment orders will not count towards Award Sales.

4. Reinstated Representatives are those who return to Avon within 3-8 campaigns of previous removal.

5. Details of the incentive correct at time of going to print however Avon reserves the right to make any amendments including withdrawing the incentive as it deems necessary and appropriate.

6. Avon reserves the right to substitute the rewards offered (such rewards will be of equal or greater value).

7. Rewards are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.

8. Avon reserves the right to hold or cancel your reward(s) in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if Avon deems, in their absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice in order to achieve the incentive requirements.

9. If products ordered during the Incentive Period are either returned and the incentive requirements are no longer met or the balance on the Representative's account is not paid by the due date then the Representative will be charged the £100 for anonymous product pack received (unless the bonus product pack is returned in full to Avonunopened) and the credit of £50, if allocated to the Representative's account, shall be removed.

10. Eligible Representatives who receive any rewards may be required by Avon to participate in any subsequent publicity as deemed appropriate by Avon.

11. Avon's decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
