Avon introduces Outspoken, the first fragrance developed in partnership with multi-platinum recording artist Fergie. The inspiration for the Outspoken bottle came from Fergie's wedding day; she recalls seeing a beautiful crystal decanter and wanted that classic elegant design to be reflected in her fragrance.
