The natural look is well and truly back, which means ladies need to go back to basics with the latest beauty products, according to an expert.Susan Lee, writing for the Liverpool Echo, says women should get into a routine of cleansing, toning and moisturising.Ms Lee advises ladies use an oil-based product to remove make-up, using a cloth that has been soaked in hot water and wrung out."The most important time to cleanse is at night. Remember that regular soap can strip away the acid mantle, making your skin vulnerable," she states.Ms Lee recommends a toner which has herbal extracts such as aloe vera and rose, as these help to repair the skin.Women should have two moisturisers, she says, suggesting combining a cream-based one and a face oil.Earlier this week, Betty Looacono, director of the Spa at Norwich Inn, told the Norwich Bulletin that ladies should use a dry skin cream containing avocado or olive oil.(c) 2008 Adfero Ltd.
