Every lady can afford to be fashionable and get the look, according to one expert, who said Brits can be stylish on any budget.Neil Rodgers, a fashion stylist to the stars, said high street stores with good fashion items mean that great clothes are more affordable than they used to be and so ladies can get the look of the moment. He said these shops follow runway fashion much more than they used to, adding: "It's still within people's reach, even within these economic times, to be fashionable."The expert said that cash-strapped ladies can use accessories to liven up an old outfit and get the look, saying sunglasses are ideal for this.Adapting existing items is another way to follow trends on a budget, with Mr Rodgers adding that maxi dresses, scarves and sarongs can all be worn in a multitude of ways.It seems ladies are still out shopping despite the recession, with figures from the Office for National Statistics showing that more people were buying on the high street this June compared to last year.(c) 2008 Adfero Ltd.
