   Emily Blunt and Olivia Wilde work celebrity looks at Globes

Celebrity looks don't get any better than British actress Emily Blunt's romantic make-up and House star Olivia Wilde's dramatic updo at the Golden Globes.

Charles Dujic, who styled Olivia's hair, revealed to the Los Angeles Times: "I was inspired by that early Tom Ford look."

Olivia's hair was pulled into a high ponytail with cascading waves, with a wig piece attached for extra volume and curl, while volumising products were used to create a "flirty, flippy" updo.

Mr Dujic finished the style with plenty of hairspray to keep it in place despite the rain on the night.

Make-up artist Jenn Streicher was behind Emily's romantic look and revealed to the newspaper: "Emily's only request was to have a really pink cheek. We went with all violet-mauvey-pink tones for her and a pink-nude lip."

Emily was nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama, while Olivia's House was up for Best Television Series - Drama.
