Cameron Diaz always has some of the best celebrity looks and in a new cover shoot she's gone for a bold return to the fashions of 20 years ago.The Charlie's Angels star's latest cover shoot for V Magazine sees Diaz embracing the current beauty trends that says the 80s are back by taking a leaf out of pop queen Madonna's book of fashion.Diaz appears almost unrecognisable on the front cover of the magazine, having been transformed into a lookalike of Madonna, as she appeared in the late 80s and early 90s, complete with large conical bra and swept-back blonde hair. The new look is not only a homage to Madonna, but also something of a bold statement about Diaz's own personality, which may be slightly removed from the cute There's Something About Mary persona she has often gained.Meanwhile, many magazines and internet sites have been talking about the loss of former fashion icon Farrah Fawcett. The actress, who starred in the original Charlie's Angels series, died in the same week as that other celebrity icon Michael Jackson, but while her passing may have been overshadowed by that of the King of Pop, her status as an inspiration in the fashion world will live on, suggests Philly.com.(c) 2008 Adfero Ltd.
