Courteney Cox is the set to become the face of one of Avon's new celebrity fragrances, Spotlight.
Actress Courteney who earned global stardom for her role as Monica Geller in the sitcom Friends said: "I'm happy to be a part of a company I've known my whole life.
"Once I sat with them and learned more, they really blew me away with all the issues they support and the wonderful earnings opportunities they give women."
The perfume could earn between $10 million (£6.8 million) and $15 million in its first year, according to industry sources.
It is the latest in a number of partnerships between Avon and celebrities.
Jennifer Hudson, Derick Jeter and Patrick Dempsey have all signed up to promote the company's products in the past.
The scent is due to be introduced in April, followed by a global launch in summer by Avon's 600,000 sales representatives in the US and avon.com.
Since Friends ended after its tenth series in 2004, Courteney has taken the lead role in the TV show Dirt, which ran for two seasons.
