Back in April, we announced that Avon's Hello Tomorrow Fund and Glamour were teaming up once again to offer four readers the chance to turn their non-profit plans into reality - and change women's lives forever.

Two £10,000 and two £5,000 awards are on offer to projects that benefit women, whether they help women to fulfil their potential, overcome adversity or support a common goal.

We were inundated with fantastic applications with inspirational ideas that can create a better tomorrow for women in the UK. Seven projects were shortlisted by our judging panel; Avon UK president Anna Segatti, editor of Glamour Jo Elvin, business entrepreneur Karren Brady and TV presenter Claudia Winkleman.

Thousands of you chose your favourite project and took part in the online voting which ran from 15 July 2010 to 12 August 2010.
