Voucher Code T&Cs

Voucher codes and their offers cannot be combined and are valid for one use only. Voucher code is only available at the point of sale. Once a purchase has been finalised online a voucher code cannot be used. Voucher codes can only be redeemed at avon.uk.com.

    Avon x Superdrug – Superdrug Presents Competition

    1. This prize draw is open to all UK & Ireland residents that meet the entry requirements for the prize draw.
    2. The prize draw opens on Friday 3rd May 2024 and closes at 11.59pm on Wednesday 8th May 2024.
    3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
    4. The number of entries that each Instagram user can make is unlimited.
    5. Entries received after the Entry Period will not be included in the prize draw.
    6. To be eligible for the prize draw within the Entry Period entrants are required to: like the competition post, follow @avon_uk and @superdrug and tag a friend in the comments. All entrants who satisfy the above requirements will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
    7. Avon reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet the above criteria.
    8. The prize draw will be promoted by @avon_uk via an Instagram post.
    9. There are 2 prizes to be won – 2x pair of tickets to Superdrug Presents on Monday 27th May (11am-2.30pm event).
    10. The prize draw will take place on Thursday 9th May 2024. Winners will be chosen at random from all those entrants who have met the entry requirements for the prize draw.
    11. There are no alternative prizes (other than at Avon’s sole discretion) including cash alternative.
    12. Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram on Thursday 9th May 2024.
    13. The winner will be required to provide Avon with the requested contact details via DM in order to claim their prize.
    14. The winner will receive the prize via email to the email address provided to Avon with an Eventbrite link to redeem the tickets to the event. The link will be sent by ‘N2O’ (the Superdrug Presents event organisers) and they will be responsible for fulfilling the prize.
    15. Avon will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. However, if Avon fails to receive contact details from a winner within 48 hours of Avon notifying that winner, their prize shall be deemed to be unclaimed or unaccepted and a substitute winner may be chosen by Avon at its discretion.
    16. If a substitute winner is chosen by Avon, the substitute winner must provide Avon with the requested contact details within 48 hours of Avon notifying the substitute winner (as per clause 14.) If the substitute winner fails to provide Avon with the relevant details within the specified time period, another substitute winner may be chosen until all prizes are fulfilled.
    17. Avon will not be responsible or liable for any prize that is unclaimed or declined.
    18. Avon reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered (such prizes to be of equal or greater value) and/or alter the prize draw in any way, including cancelling or withdrawing the prize draw altogether.
    19. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering the prize draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and Instagram’s Terms of Use. Non-compliance may render an entrant ineligible to receive the prize.
    20. Avon reserves the right to withhold prizes in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if Avon deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice throughout the Entry Period.
    21. Any decision of Avon as to eligibility to take part in the prize draw, or the result of the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    22. Avon accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault [technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure] of any kind, including any failure or non-availability of www.instagram.com.
    23. Winners will be required to participate in any subsequent publicity as deemed appropriate by Avon or Superdrug.
    24. Avon must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Avon will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails emma.bates@avon.com within 1 month after the closing date stated in condition 2. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Avon using the above email address. In such circumstances, Avon must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
    25. All entrants acknowledge that, in the course of entering for this prize draw, certain information about them will be captured, electronically or otherwise, and will be transmitted to Avon and third parties associated with the prize draw, for the purpose of administering this prize draw and in accordance with Avon’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at https://avon.uk.com/pages/privacy-policy.
    26. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
    27. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge and agree that this prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
